As soon as an order is ready for shipment, the system automatically registers it and assigns the correct three-digit route code. That code is printed on the shipping label, allowing shipments to be sorted immediately upon arrival at one of the transport hubs. This creates a faster, more reliable flow from distribution center to route execution.
The system also supports planners during nightly operations. Around midnight, Bluerock TMS checks each route area for shipments to fixed addresses and automatically proposes the daily fixed round. It then suggests the variable morning plan, while still allowing the planner to make the final decision based on route duration, driving-time regulations, available space, and shipment volume.
For drivers, Bluerock TMS delivers route planning directly to the mobile device together with all operational instructions required to complete deliveries correctly. This includes information such as alarm codes, delivery-specific handling instructions, and where goods must be placed. The result is a more standardized and reliable execution process from first stop to last.
Most importantly, Bluerock TMS enables Brocacef to monitor temperature throughout the distribution process. The platform receives continuous data from temperature sensors in transport hubs and vehicles. If a refrigerated cell or vehicle compartment remains below 2°C or above 8°C for 15 minutes, the system triggers an automatic alert and displays the mandatory step-by-step procedure that must be completed before the alarm stops.
The platform also enforces temperature-related handling procedures operationally. Refrigerated products arriving at a transport hub must be placed in the refrigerated cell within ten minutes, and once removed, they must be loaded within ten minutes. Every movement is registered through scans in Bluerock TMS, making compliance measurable and traceable. Loading is only possible when the vehicle has reached the required temperature; otherwise, the mobile device warns the driver acoustically and loading must wait.
